ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
We focus our efforts on caring for patients who are homebound or live in small assisted living facilities.
Because we want to create long-term, caring relationships with our patients, their families and caregivers, we limit the number of patients in the practice so we can provide concierge service without those extra fees. Our team of home care providers has been selected specifically because of their commitment to quality and compassion.
